Shipping policy

Standard delivery is £5 to anywhere in the UK - regardless of weight. We aim to deliver these within 14 days at most. Average dispatch time in 2025 was 6 days.

Next working day delivery is available to mainland GB for certain plain products for £9 - regardless of weight. These are sent directly from our supplier via DPD. Orders will be delivered the next working day if ordered before 4pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed on Sat/Sun, or on bank holidays, will be processed the following working day and delivered the next working day. For islands and Northern Ireland, please add two working days.

To our EU customers, we'd like to apologise. Unfortunately, due to the implementation of the Windsor Framework, we are no-longer able to offer delivery outside of the UK. As a small team (mostly just one) the amount of paperwork required for even a single tie makes it unfeasible. So sorry!
